Jade Apparel Ltd. provides two levels of quality control throughout the sample making and production processes.  Our overseas offices have internal QC staff providing both in-line and final inspection for all orders.  This quality control is in addition to the factories’ QC and provides an extra level of confidence for our customers.  All production must pass both levels of quality control prior to shipment.  This same double level of QC is applied to the fabric production as well.  All fabrics must pass our internal QC and the fabric mill QC and is inspected again upon receipt at the factory.  In addition, all production fabrics, trims and accessories are sent to the customer for approval before production begins.
