Jade Apparel Ltd.’s network of factories have years of experience in creating patterns and developing size specifications for all styles of Men’s, Women’s and Children’s apparel. We can modify existing patterns based on fit comments or create new patterns to meet the customer’s size requirements. Our technicians have solid experience in both tailored fashion and athletic apparel sizing. We work with both mannequins and live fit models to meet our customer’s needs.
SAMPLE MAKING
Jade Apparel Ltd. offers sample making in all stages of the apparel development process. All factories have fully equipped sample rooms. Once model details, fabric, initial size specifications and price are approved, first protos are created (free of charge). Second protos are also provided (free of charge) following first proto comments. Sales samples production is available for all programs. The standard cost for sales samples is 2 X FOB. Once production orders are placed, pre-production samples are produced prior to fabric cutting. Top of production samples are then sent prior to shipment.
